Returns

As items are made to order only, we do not accept any returns after purchase.

Refunds

We handle refund cases on a case-by-case basis. Kindly email your request to enquiry@weejewels.com with your order number.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 to 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item upon request. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
